It is important to ensure that every course requested using NCPACE funding applies to a student’s long-term educational goals. Therefore, the Navy requires that each prospective NCPACE student have an Individual Education Plan on file with the Navy College Office prior to any request for NCPACE course enrollment.

Step 1 – Complete and print the following Individual Education Plan. It is also located in the NCPACE Course Catalog.

Step 2 – Contact the local (or servicing) Navy College Office to schedule an appointment with the counselor assigned to your command. You can identify which Navy College Office to contact using the NCO Lookup Table. If your servicing Navy College Office is not local, you may correspond with a counselor by phone or email.

Step 3 – Submit the completed Individual Education Plan form by fax/scan to the Navy College Office counselor to update your student record.
